The meeting was held at the Montgomery Village Hall 200 N. River St. Montgomery, IL. The meeting was opened by Gayle our club facilitator.

SECRETARY’S REPORT:
The Secretary’s Report was given by Jerry, Who asked for a motion to accept the club minutes that are posted to the club website without any corrections or additions.Motion to accept made by Deb. and 2nd. by Shelly.
TREASURES REPORT:
The Treasures Report also given by Jerry, Reported that since our meeting on July 12, 2011 we have paid out xxxx for a Teleseminar for the July meeting. We have made a donation to the VFW of xxxx The purchase of water for Griff’s visit xxxx Paid xxxx for dinner with Griff. And xxxx for a program on creating listings that sell to be used for todays meeting. The Club Treasury has a balance of xxxx
Gayle, the club facilitator, was asking for nominations for a new Facilitator for 2012 as Gayle will not be running. There were no nominations at tonights meeting, everyone was asked to give careful consideration to running for this office.
